Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email me at dyonnevanderstelt@live.nl to review the status of your order. Refunds and exchanges will be handled through email if necessary. 

My return policy lasts 30 days for any country within Europe, and 45 days for any country outside of Europe. However, the return policy will be placed void upon receiving an email of a missing order, and if the product is to be exchanged the return policy will be reset.  

I will send the order as fast as possible, and require about a week to ship the products but I can't promise this. This doesn't include pre-orders and products made on demand, those delivery and shipping times will differ greatly. For questions email me at dyonnevanderstelt@live.nl. Festivities, holidays and vacations may differ the shipping and delivery time, I will make notice if I am delayed because of these events.

The shipping cost will be handled during the check-out. Depending on the weight of your product I decide the amount of shipping cost.

I am not held responsible for miscalculations with shipping costs, missing orders due to delivering companies, border control and other third-parties involved, and slow delivery due to festivities and holidays.
